We, Total Nutrition Center Ltd. (herein referred to “we”, “us”, “our” and “TNCL”), are the sole distributor of Vitamix for its Home Division products for the territory of Hong Kong and Macau markets. We own and operate the website of www.vitamixhk.hk (hereinafter referred to “our website” or ” vitamixhk.hk “), which provides comprehensive information of Vitamix, an on-line store for purchasing designated Vitamix products, and home delivery services to customer(s) for their ordered goods.

This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services provided by us and state how we may collect, use and disclose your personal information, and is governed by and based on the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) (the “Ordinance”).

You may decline to provide us with the requested personal data, but in such case, we may not be able to provide our services to you.
