Black Sesame Sweet Soup
Ingredients
Black sesame
100g (½ cup)
Rice
100g (½ cup)
Rock sugar syrup
160ml (⅔ cup)
Water
720ml (3 cups)
Procedures
Wash black sesame and rice with filtered water. Set black sesame aside until dry and soak rice with filtered water for 1 hour;
Heat the pan over low heat, add black sesame into the pan and stir until brown;
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container and put the lid on;
Start the machine on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed;
